I’ve learned so much in this life. I’ve always been a seeker of knowledge—enveloping myself in presidential trivia as a youngster, and now taking advantage of how easy it is to find ANYTHING I want to know on the internet (in an instant!) with a smartphone in my hand. The vast amount of information so readily available is amazing, isn’t it?! However, searching the internet for information can be tricky; we must always verify and consider the source. Is this agency/individual/company qualified to divulge information on this topic?
I liked learning and school so much that I kept on going. After my undergraduate degree, I pursued real estate school, appraiser school, notary school—and finally realized my calling, so I bit the bullet, and went to law school at age 31. I knew I wanted to be an estate planner, and I’ve enjoyed 25 years of practice. My favorite part has always been educating people about the advantages of planning ahead and the pitfalls of not doing so. So, in this “advanced stage” of life, I’ve decided to do more of what I love—teaching and educating others about the wealth of professional knowledge I have accumulated thus far in my lifetime. I’m ready to become “influential” (LOL!), because that’s what I thought it was called when people became a social media “influencer”! Obviously, I still have a lot to learn in the field of technology.
